What CheckFox reports contain and how they are exported.
What a report is
The auditor's deliverable: a structured document summarizing the audit's scope, methodology, findings, and recommendations. Distinct from the accessibility statement, which is the public-facing declaration. The report is the technical document for the audit's commissioner.
Report contents
- Audit metadata (name, date, auditor, referential, level)
- Scope description
- Sample list
- Methodology notes
- Findings, grouped by criterion or by sample
- Severity / impact summary
- Journey-specific findings (if journeys were mapped)
- Recommendations and next steps
Export formats
- PDF (primary deliverable)
- Other formats (CSV, JSON) where supported
Custom report templates
Available on Pro and Enterprise plans. Workspaces can define their own report layout, branding, and section order.
