Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must notify me immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Content Responsibility

I collect and process data necessary to provide the Service, such as names, e-mail address, notes, comments, scoring result and files you may share within the platform.

I do not collect usage analytics or user behavior.

All data handling complies with applicable privacy regulations.

Data Security

I implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, such as secured authentication, encrypted data storage, hashed password and user rights management. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Be sure to limit the data you input to the Service to the strict minimum required to do your job.

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. You may request data deletion by contacting me at any time.

While I strive to maintain high availability, I do not guarantee that the Service will be available 24/7 without interruption. The Service may experience downtime due to:

My total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Geoffrey Crofte and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Service without my express written permission.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination.

I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. I will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce.
