CheckFox plan tiers, add-ons, and member roles.
Plans
| Plan | Intended for |

| Free | Trying CheckFox; small personal projects |
| Starter | Solo auditors, small studios |
| Pro | Professional auditors, agencies |
| Enterprise | In-house teams, large organizations |
Each plan has limits on:
- Number of active audits
- Number of samples per audit
- Number of team members
- Available features (versioning, custom templates, integrations, etc.)
Add-ons
Add-ons are activatable on top of any plan. They add capability without requiring a plan upgrade.
- Scanner — automated axe-core scanning via Browserless integration. See integrations.
- AI — AI assistant and AI generation features (planned). See
/docs/ai-feature.md.
Roles
Roles apply within a workspace:
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full control: billing, members, all audits, workspace deletion |
| Moderator | Manage members and all audits in the workspace |
| Member | Create and edit their own audits and any audit they have access to |
| Guest | Read-only access to specific audits they were invited to |
Trial
New workspaces include a trial period giving temporary access to higher-tier features. Trial duration and entitlements are handled by the trial onboarding flow. See /docs/trial-workspace-onboarding.md for the full design.
