Test 1 (5.4)

iOS and Android
  1. Activate the screen reader.
  2. Perform the actions required for a status message to appear, for example:
    • filling in a form correctly and validating it to display a message indicating successful submission;
    • submitting a form with mandatory fields without input to display a message indicating the presence of errors;
    • accessing a screen that takes a certain amount of time to load, so that a progress message or a loading progress indicator is displayed.
  3. Check that when the status appears, the screen reader renders the information and that this information is understandable.
  4. If this is the case, the criterion is validated.
