14.3 Does the documentation provided by the support service comply with the digital accessibility rules?

Official methodology to test criterion 14.3

Test 1 (14.3)

iOS and Android
  1. Identify the presence of a documentation provided by the support service.
  2. For documentation in web format (HTML, CSS), check that it complies with the RAWeb criteria.
  3. For documentation in PDF format, check that it complies with the RAPDF criteria.
  4. For documentation in non-web format (other than PDF), check that it complies with the criteria in section 10 Non-web documents of European standard EN 301 549 v3.2.1;
  5. For documentation provided in a mobile application, check that it complies with the RAAM criteria.
  6. If it does, the criterion is validated. Note: the documentation will be considered non-compliant as soon as an error is identified with regard to the target criteria, even if the error is part of the template elements (menu, footer) and not just part of the content of the isolated documentation.
