11.7 On each screen, are sudden change in brightness or blinking effects used correctly?

Test 1 (11.7)

iOS and Android
  1. Identify content on the screen that flashes or causes flash effects: animated graphic element, video or animation, formatting effect.
  2. Check that
    • the frequency of the effect is less than or equal to 3 flashes per second;
    • or that the total surface area is less than 21,824 pixels.
  3. If this is the case, the criterion is validated. Note: The PEAT tool can be used to analyse videos in .avi format.
